Welcome to C’est Lamour Beauty Spa! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. By booking an appointment, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Medical Disclaimer

    •    Services such as IV hydration, vitamin injections, and weight loss management require accurate health disclosures.

    •    Always consult your healthcare provider before undergoing treatments.

    •    C’est Lamour Beauty Spa is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosures.

4. Service Availability

    •    All services are subject to availability and may require prior consultation.

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed medically inappropriate.

5. Appointment Policy

All appointments require a 25% deposit and will  go towards your balance. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Clients are responsible to schedule appointments on scheduling calendar provided.

    •    Cancellations: Please notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

If appointment is cancelled the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

    •    Late Arrivals: There will be a 15 minute grace period after scheduled time of appointment.  Out of that 15 minute grace period appointment will be cancelled and late fee may be applied. Clients will have the ability to reschedule on scheduling calendar.

6. Payments and Refunds

    •    Payments are required at the time of service unless otherwise noted.

    •    Refunds are not provided for completed services.

7. Liability Limitations

    •    C’est Lamour Beauty Spa is not responsible for results that vary due to individual differences or adherence to aftercare instructions.

    •    We use professional-grade equipment and licensed practitioners to ensure safety, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
